While I am entitled to my opinion (which is the right one), I will defend my reasoning in this post after being attacked for my loyalty to the Jets. But, first I guess I should back up with some background information.
My Grandpa Mike is one of those crazy Steeler Nation fans. I got an earful from him last night after he read my status, to which I gave him the middle paw.
The reasons why I love Rex Ryan and the beloved Jets is that we have so much in common. And this is why I think they will win on Sunday.
- Rex Ryan can back up his trash talk, much like myself.
- Rex Ryan is one of the best defensive minds in the NFL, much like myself. His ability to manage and help young talent is one of his specialties, again, much like myself.
- The New York Jets possess a swagger unlike anything ever seen in the NFL, much like myself.
- The Jets may seem cocky, but it is for good reason, much like myself. On paper they have one of the most complete teams in the NFL.
- It's a given that this defense will always keep their team in the game. They are that fierce and athletic, much like myself.
