- Hi, my name is Flash Toby Ruyle, and I am a certified bad ass basset hound. I have a sister named Miss Lulu, and she's okay but not as cute as me. I am a dog-and-a-half long and half-a-dog tall. I weigh 50 lbs and I was put on this earth to entertain everyone. My interests include sleeping, eating, pooping and chillin with my peeps at the dog park.
